- Closing date for entry to win one of 200 Hoops is midnight 5th April 2010. Hoops winners will be drawn at random.
- The Promoter is Robert Roberts, 79 Broomhill Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
- The promotion is open to residents of ROI only, excluding employees of Robert Roberts, their agents, or families.
- Application dates for Hoop redemptions in Champion Sports Stores are between 22nd February to 5th April 2010, while stocks last.
- Each Application must include an original promotional leaflet and have three promotional packs of Hula Hoops securely affixed to it.
- Incomplete Applications, defaced, damaged, or copied leaflets will not be accepted.
- Free Hoop comprises of easy to assemble eight piece modular Hoop.
- Promoter reserve the right to exchange the item for an item of equal or greater value. No cash will be offered in lieu.
- Hoops available only while stocks last.
- Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Promoter reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the Promotion at any time, without notice and for whatever reason.
- Entry into this Promotion shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
